Unfortunately the best quality of Super Circuit – the fact that it’s on the GBA – is also what ultimately holds it back. Some of the positives of the game are the addition of cup rankings which obviously became standard in every game since, and some fun multiplayer gameplay if you’ve got friends to play with.
